Activities Timeline
Peng Lihu first appeared in the fandom on January 13, 2022, three days after Li Xuezheng was muted and the same day that Zhang Zhehan's previous Instagram account was reactivated. He called Li Xuezheng an "ex-coworker" and quickly gained a large following because fans believed that he was in direct contact with Li. Peng supported this belief by talking about conversations he had with Li and posting a chatlog screenshot apparently with Li, though he later deleted this post. Peng also made claims of talking to Zhang Zhehan on WeChat and of being Li's assistant.
The same day that he appeared on Weibo, Peng introduced his assistant, a young woman named Xiao Lin. The two apparently took turns fighting publicly with antis, one of which is a man named 棠小牙 who was relatively unknown during Li Xuezheng's time on Weibo.
After the appearance of Zhang Sanjian and EHzZ, Peng became actively involved in supporting the brand, attacking Gong Jun, and generally embroiling himself in the fandom. He became known for making vague statements about government changes and hinting at knowledge of Zhang Zhehan's case, none of which came true.
In June 2022, during one of his attacks on the CP fandom, Peng openly associated male homosexuality with AIDS. When criticized for his discriminatory statements, Peng doubled down on the homophobia and went on to attack the WHO.
During the Jackson Yee scandal in July 2022, Peng made a post in support of Jackson claiming that he intends to collaborate with him in the future.
In October 2022, Peng claimed that he now had an official position at Golden Shield Productions Center. However, inquiry with the Center yielded no confirmation of this. Around the same time, Peng also made the rather outrageous claim that Zhang Zhehan is using a lawyer team they recommended and only paid 250k for all costs (this is not how legal fees work).
Later that same month, Peng initiated a concentrated attack on 黄少华, an official in the Beijing CAC who was arrested for corruption. Peng claimed that this person was the "big tiger" behind CAPA and that with his fall, Gong Jun had lost his backing. He and other members of the scam ring predicted a number of dire consequences for Gong Jun, none of which have transpired. There is no evidence that the CAC has been helping CAPA, and circumstantial evidence to the contrary (suppressing negative hot searches related to Zhang Zhehan).
By late 2022, it became apparent that Peng was too incompetent to have been assigned any important role in the scam ring, as he was unable to even distinguish between true praise and obvious sarcasm.
In December 2022, Peng's main account was muted for violating laws and regulations. A toxic account that is associated with Peng revealed that the muting was for 180 days. It was later revealed that his other, unknown social media accounts on other platforms were also muted, an indication that this was an order from the CAC.
Despite his constant public attacks against Gong Jun and Haixi, Peng is mutuals with one of the Haixi's co-founders.
Career
Peng Lihu is currently employed by and a shareholder in Qingtao Golden Shield. Despite the fact that he has no association with Golden Shield Productions Center in Beijing, he lists it as his place of work on his Weibo account.
Before his current career as TV producer, Peng owned a hair salon. He acquired the nickname Tony when this information was revealed (Tony is a universal name for hairdressers in China).
In 2022, Peng signed with a patriotic MCN with ties to Communist Youth League.
Peng's boss at Qingtao Golden Shield follows a large number of Zhang Zhehan anti accounts as well as other accounts involved in the fandom.

Account first appeared on January 19, 2022, sharing an original video of a speech by Wang Yong.
It claimed to be a legal counsel for Roving Inspection Team, though none of RIT's legal counsel is located in Beijing. The account directed fans to attack a court that was allegedly handling a civil case against CAPA at the time.
It shares an inability to correctly use 的地得 as Peng.

The account shares the same phone and writing habits as all of Peng's other accounts.
In August 2022, this account made a post claiming that the organization responsible for framing Zhang Zhehan had made him a target as early as 2020. This post was later deleted.
