Teng Ziyue

滕子玥 Teng Ziyue is a former classmate of Zhang Zhehan from his hometown Xinyu, Jiangxi.

On Aug 15, 2021, Teng privated all posts on his Weibo related to Zhang Zhehan. At the time he had less than 600 followers. Teng unprivated the posts in December, after Li Xuezheng began his public support of Zhang.

In August 2022, Teng accompanied Zhang Sanjian on his biking trip in Yunnan. He posted updates from the trip on his own Weibo. Only the first update showed IP from Yunnan. Subsequent updates all showed an IP of Hunan, which is two provinces away.

His wife's Weibo account follows two professional antis, both of whom took part in the worst of the smear campaign against Zhang Zhehan in August 2021 and spread the false accusation that he prayed at Yasukuni. She is a member of an anti-Japanese group that calls for the boycotting of Japanese brands.

Teng was present at the ZSJ Xinyu bar event from which selfies were posted and videos were released by fans and Zhang Sanjian official accounts. A photo of a little girl posted on the Zhangzhehan_super3 Instagram in November 2022 is Teng's daughter.

Teng has since switched his Weibo account to six months visible only.
