He was a student at the Shanghai Theatre Academy in a similar timeframe to Zhang Zhehan. He entered STA in 2010, while Zhang Zhehan entered in 2008.

• December 16, 2022: he posted an IG story showing an iTunes chart with the first unapproved song release, "Melancholy Sunshine". He tagged the Super3 Instagram and called Zhang Zhehan "his talented baby". This story was then turned into an IG post, along with screenshots of two tweets mentioning the song and a ZSJ photo. On that date he followed the Super3 IG and was followed back.
• December 24, 2022: he posted another IG story showing an iTunes chart containing the second unapproved song release, "Knight Errant". He also shared a selfie with a masked Zhang Sanjian.
• December 25, 2022: he posted multiple IG stories with Zhang Sanjian and two other friends at a karaoke place in Shanghai.
• December 26, 2022: he posted a photo with Zhang Sanjian and other people at the karaoke place. The post also included a video of ZSJ singing from the night before.
