Li Tianshi, 李天时, Li Gang, 李刚, former dean of law at Shenyang City University. He runs Weibo and WeChat public accounts on which he comments on current events. He first became known in the fandom as a "righteous bystander" who vocally supported and was acknowledged by [[Li Xuezheng]]. That same December, he began using his Weibo account to promote snacks and fruit sold by his company 辽宁中子星数字传媒产业研究院有限公司. After the announcement of [[EHzZ]], he began to vocally support the brand and [[Zhang Sanjian]]. He also frequently hinted that he was in private communication with [[Zhang Zhehan]] and Li Xuezheng.
