宝登源 Bao Deng Yuan is a brand of Pu'er tea, originally grown in Menghai County, Yunnan Province.

The company was originally solely owned by Ma Lijin. Zhang Xia became majority shareholder on April 23, 2021.
Shenzhen

A franchise of Baodengyuan is located in Shenzhen, owned and operated by the Chen family. Previously 深圳市南山区诗远茶店 owned by Chen Liying. Currently 深圳市宝安区宝登源诗韵茶舍，run by parent company 深圳市圆梦启航茶叶有限责任公司 owned by Chen Qunying and Chen Bingjun.
After changing parent companies and moving to the new location in Baoan District, the store shifted from a pu'er tea retail storefront to a teahouse/event space. They also no longer sell pu'er exclusively and have introduced a variety of different teas, pastries, and teaware. The new products are not sourced from Menghai BDY.

In February 2021, just before Word of Honor aired, Zhang Zhehan recorded a happy lunar new year video in what is probably the Shenzhen BDY teashop.

There is another photo of Zhang in a BDY teashop, that is often erroneously believed to be the Shenzhen one. However, closer examination of the background shows that this is actually the store in Fuzhou.

During the filming of Retro Detective in late 2020/early 2021, a photo was leaked in which Zhang was seen using a BDY bag as prop on the show. The source of this photo is unknown.
