谢雨辰 Xie Yuchen, Taiwanese director, defected to mainland China in 1984[1]. He served as CPPCC member for 4 consecutive terms. He passed away in 2017.

Though his name does not appear in shareholders or executives of Xie's company 上海承嘉影视传媒, an article[2] on Xie's work history indicates that he founded the company with Xie.
Xie was the general manager of his media company Hontochunqiu 红豆春秋文化有限公司.
Xie and her husband are listed in the credits of the movie "Love" produced by Doze Niu[3] in 2012.
Relationship to Zhang Zhehan
Xie Yihua's Baidupedia claims that she has been ZZH's music manager since 2019. This is not accurate, as can be seen from the credits of his previous albums. She did not attach herself to him until after Word of Honor fame.

On the night of August 12, 2021, Xie Yihua deleted all traces of Zhang Zhehan from her Weibo account. Before she did so, she had previously reposted a Weibo post calling him Zhehan-ge. (Note that CAPA did not come out with their boycott notice until August 15.)
Xie Yihua's Baidupedia was edited on August 13, 2021 at 10:39AM Beijing Time. The editor is currently employed at Baidu as a senior product manager. He is also one of the original founding members of the Baidu Kedou team.

Xie Yihua was a member of the 12th Beijing Chaoyang regional CPPCC, from 2011 to 2016. She did not serve a second term.
Xie's career languished after her father's death in 2017 and her brother-in-law's indictment for sexual assault in 2019.
There have been a number of complaints against her from artists that she managed throughout the years.
Jay Chou
周杰伦 CCTV's annual lunar year eve's gala was going to invite Jay Chou by popular vote in 2004, but Xie Yihua said he was already on vacation so she couldn't get in contact with him[4]. CCTV doesn't pay appearance fees for this gala.
During Jay Chou's time with Sony Shanghai, his mainland releases encountered a number of issues, including:
- Overpriced, simplistic packaging. Fans saved up to support him but releases only included a cheap insert and no VCD/MV like the Taiwan editions
- Random cover changes
- Tracklist and other leaks
Alfa Music, Jay Chou's Taiwan management company, entered into open dispute with Sony in 2004[5]. The dispute was settled in 2006, the same year that Xie Yihua left Sony.
Xie owned a number of trademarks with Jay Chou's name during this time.
Lu Yi
陆毅 Xie Yihua, while working for Sony Music in Shanghai, caused significant damages to Lu Yi's music career, damages that he's still trying to undo to this day[6].
