Sophie first appeared in the Word of Honor fandom in March 2021, shortly after the show exploded in popularity. After [[813]], Sophie and her husband Umbrella were core members of a group of fans advocating for being vocal about clarifying for Zhang Zhehan (now referred to as the clarification gang). Umbrella himself sent out a list of group members in 2021. Sophie encouraged fans to pester official departments and organized offline meetups. In October 2021, Sophie in her QQ group told fans that [[CAPA]] did not have anything to do with anti-monopoly and encouraged them to write to the [[CAC]] and the [[NRTA]], providing them with the private email address of the CAC director. Subsequently in their criticism of Zhang, CAPA accused him of inciting underage fans to irrational behavior and disrupting official departments.
